I understand that a towing yard isn't a five-star hotel, but the complete lack of basic human decency and professionalism at this establishment is staggering. My car was towed here due to an emergency situation, leaving me already stressed and stranded. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle and politely asked for help understanding the release process and the fees, I was met with extreme hostility. The woman working the front counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. She had zero interest in explaining the paperwork or helping me navigate the situation; her only objective was to aggressively demand payment. There was absolutely no empathy for an emergency scenario, just a predatory "pay up and get out" attitude. If management actually cares about their reputation, they need to retrain or replace their front-desk staff. If you have any choice in the matter, do not give this business your money. They capitalize on people's misfortune and treat paying customers like garbage. Pros: None. Cons: Rude staff, zero customer service, predatory atmosphere

I can see why cars get damaged in the process. The drivers drive absolutely insane. I would be careful. A driver was running people off the road going around 90 mph

Rude driver ! Nasty attitude for NO reason . Disgusting terrible service ( even reception was a little nasty ) If you have the option use a different company !!! Ppl are already going through enough the least they can do is show empathy especially when someone is speaking nice & respectful. Nobody wants to spend hundreds / thousands on a raggedy towing service it’s an obligation. It wouldn’t hurt to be kind

Wonderful staff and a great help! I will for sure be using this company again if I need it. I was waiting for AAA for over 2 hours. Called Buds and they were there in under 30 minutes. Thank you for your quick response and help!

I was stuck on the side of the road not sure what was wrong with my vehicle so I called buds and the driver they sent out I believe his name was Eddie he was very attentive patient and nice the prices are a bit high but the way he handled my car with care and made sure to eliminate any other issues he could (battery alternator or fuse issues)made the price worth it. He also knew of many different places I could take my car to get the work I needed to get done. 10/10 wouldn’t call anyone else to tow my car
